PRCS is actively hiring for Summer Camp Leaders and Summer Camp Supervisors with experience working with or supervising children. Learn more about these exciting opportunities and apply by attending one of two upcoming hiring events:
Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m.
Ashburn Recreation and Community Center, 21105 Coopers Hawk Drive in Ashburn
Monday, December 22, 2025, from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Douglass Community Center, 407 E. Market Street in Leesburg
The December 19 event at the Ashburn Recreation and Community Center will focus on recruiting positions for PRCS Recreation and Community Centers located in Sterling, Ashburn and South Riding, and the Sterling Community Center.
The December 22 event at the Douglass Community Center will focus on recruiting positions at PRCS Community Centers located in Philomont, Purcellville, and Leesburg, and the Daze and Fest camps (Countywide Locations).
During each event, attendees can receive assistance with completing an application and may be provided an on-site interview. Whether you are seeking a seasonal part-time position or exploring opportunities to grow your career, PRCS offers training, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
