Inspired by 8yr old So.Jersey Heart Warrior "Addi" Let's spread awareness about CHD, Congenital Heart Disease, and raise funds to help out local Heart Families during a very difficult time they're going through with their child. No family should have to worry finically while watching their child fight for their life. Music, Raffles and Goodies. Bring your friends, family and even Co-workers. No Entry Fee
