Prayer Therapy Conference is a Christ-centered inner healing experience for women ready to confront trauma, emotional pain, and past wounds.

Many women carry silent struggles showing up strong while feeling overwhelmed, triggered, or disconnected within. This gathering creates a safe space to finally release, process, and heal emotionally and spiritually.

Through worship, panel discussions, guided activities, and intentional prayer, you will be supported by therapists, pastors, and coaches as you take real steps toward freedom.

Info: Participants will engage in active healing exercises, guided journaling, and reflective conversations designed to help identify and release unhealthy coping patterns while building healthier responses to stress, trauma, and emotional pain.

Women will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive insight from a licensed mental health therapist, creating space for meaningful dialogue around mental health, emotional well-being, and healing.

This session is designed to help women better understand their emotional triggers, develop practical coping strategies, and begin the journey toward greater clarity, healing, and restoration.
