PRAYER STUDIO: A Wellness Space for Prayer

The practice is simple: Scripture, silence, and stillness before God. The environment is minimal and grounded. There’s no performance, no pressure—just a prepared space for you to meet with Him.

What to Expect Doors open at 1:00 PM with light refreshments available as you settle in and prepare your mat. At 1:15 PM, we begin with a brief Scripture meditation, followed by 30 minutes of guided prayer in silence and stillness. We close with a brief reflection and prayer, finishing at 2:15 PM. Licensed pastoral support will be quietly available throughout if needed.

What to Bring A personal yoga or exercise mat (8–12 mm recommended) and a prayer pillow if you’d like one.

Who This Is For Anyone seeking a quiet, prayer-centered environment—whether you’re experienced in contemplative prayer or completely new to it. No prior experience required.
