Have grief, loss, trauma, or tragedy impacted your relationship with God? Perhaps your prayer life feels different—more difficult than before, or maybe even deeper and more meaningful in unexpected ways. You may find yourself longing to better understand these changes and reconnect spiritually.
Join us for a one-day retreat dedicated to spiritual renewal, reflection, and connection. Through prayer, learning, rest, and fellowship, you will have space to explore your faith both individually and in small groups.
Attendees will experience:
- Quiet, personal prayer and meaningful group reflection
- Guided experiences in forms of prayer such as Lectio Divina, - Breath Prayer, Body Prayer, The Examen, Imaginative Prayer, Chanting, and Journaling
- Time for discussion and spiritual companionship
- A closing communal prayer service
Facilitated by Annie Dalby, LISW-S, Spiritual Director and Social Worker.
Whether your prayer life has been disrupted by loss or you are simply seeking new ways to draw closer to God, this sacred space offers time to pause, reflect, and be renewed. Give yourself the gift of an entire day put aside for you and God.
Cost: $20
