Starting Monday, September 15th, we will begin a week of prayer and fasting, leading up to our Prayer Meeting on Sunday, September 21st from 6:00–7:30 PM at Southgate.
Here’s our prayer guide for the week:
Monday – Missions Monday: Pray for missionaries, church planters, and gospel movements around the world.
Tuesday – Teacher Tuesday: Pray for teachers, students, schools, administrators, and that Christ would be made known on every campus.
Wednesday – Worship Wednesday: Spend the day worshipping — let your prayers turn to praise.
Thursday – Thankful Thursday: “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Pray for those in authority and the prosperity of our city (Jeremiah 29:7).
Friday – Friendship Friday: Pray for your friends and your friends who don’t yet know Christ. Pray for boldness to share your faith.
Saturday – Sabbath Saturday: Rest in the Lord. Enjoy His presence. Break your fast with gratitude.
Sunday – Celebration & Prayer: Gather for fellowship and connect with God's Word at our Sunday Worship Service and come back in the evening for a time of prayer with the body.
