An Intentional Pause for Women is a luxury-meets-stillness experience designed for women who have been carrying a lot and are craving a softer pace. This is more than a candle workshop—it’s a gentle invitation to exhale, reset your rhythm, and return grounded for the week ahead.

Together, we’ll enjoy a beautiful afternoon of candle pouring, real conversation, and prayer-centered reflection. You’ll create your own prayer candle as a “be still” reminder, personalize it with an anchor scripture on the wick, and leave with tools you can actually use to cultivate rest—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What to expect:

• A calm, elevated atmosphere (think: soft tones, warm glow, and unhurried pace)
• Pour your own personal prayer candle (materials included)
• Add an anchor scripture on the wick as a reminder to be still
• Guided breath prayers to support nervous system regulation and spiritual grounding
• Reflection + journaling prompts from The Intentional Pause workbook
• Practical ways to create Sabbath space—both in your home and in your mind
• Light refreshments + sweet sisterhood conversation

You’ll leave with:

• Your finished prayer candle
• A mini reset workbook to support rest, reflection, and realignment beyond the event
• A renewed sense of peace and a simple plan for carrying “the pause” into your week
