Each module reveals another layer of yoga therapy, ayurvedic wisdom, east-west psychology, subtle body education and practices, advanced pranayama and meditation and safe, somatic movement/asana. In between our meetings, students have the space to apply the teachings to their everyday lives so yoga/ayurveda can become a beneficial lifestyle instead of just a physical practice.

As classical yoga is a system to control the mind and a path towards enlightenment, Pranic Awakening places great emphasis on mental health, delving deep into ayurvedic psychology, the development of the personality via the chakras, trauma, archetypes and understanding the characteristics of each ayurvedic constitution type and how to balance them.
