Two hour practice exploring the breath and how it influences our daily life as well as our yoga asana (poses/postures). Learn anatomy involved with pranayama (breathwork) techniques to help calm the mind and body while enhancing overall well-being. This class is available to all level students and will increase your understanding of the breath.Teachers will receive 2 hours of CE with Yoga Alliance
