Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome Natalie of GingerRoot Wellness and Ellie of SovereignLotus for an afternoon of breath, stillness, and sound on August 17th 230-4p (NOT 3-430p).
We’ll begin with a simple community check-in to ground us in connection. Then, Natalie will guide 40 minutes of intentional breathwork to help you land in your body and quiet the mind. Afterward, Ellie will lead you into deep rest with a 40-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath, offering space for balance, restoration, and ease.
Dress comfortably; hot tea and water provided. Mat space will be set up, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel at ease.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply connected to your inner energy.
