If you are ready to take your practice and teaching to the next level, and you are drawn to deepen your skills and knowledge of the Ashtanga-vinyasa yoga lineage, join us for our premiere 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Lead teacher Jennifer Whipple holds a BA in Communications from MSU and is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-500, YACEP with 20+ years of teaching experience and 30+ years of practice experience. Our program is 5 months, meeting in modules twice a month (Fridays-Sundays) and off-week Sundays 1-6 pm, and Wednesdays, 7-9 pm, beginning Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Unlimited studio and online classes are included throughout the duration of the training, and we encourage you to practice 5 days a week. We will cultivate an advanced understanding of Yoga Philosophy, Asana practice, alignment and assists, Pranayama and Kriya, Meditation, Anatomy and Physiology and teaching. Guest teachers include Dr. Judith Carlisle, Professor of Yogic studies at Loyola Marymount, and Jimmy Smalley E-RYT 500, YACEP
