Take some time out during the new year for a weekly yoga practice which will leave you feeling balanced, inspired and clear for the holiday season!Prana Vinyasa yoga with Delamay is a moving meditation with intelligent wave sequencing, embodied philosophy, elemental alchemy and intention.
Each practice begins with a sacred pause to land in the present moment, to arrive in the space and to let the day go. Together we'll begin with an opening movement meditation to invoke your intention / prayer / affirmation for this practice before flowing through a yoga sequence which is infused with elemental wisdom, energetic anatomy, yogic philosophy and somatic awareness.
Safe and supportive hands on assists will be available for anyone seeking to go deeper into their asana practice.
No experience necessary as all levels welcome to join this weeky practice / sadhana!
Mats are available but you're welcome to bring your own.

About Delamay
Born and raised in Australia’s yoga mecca and lush lands of Byron Bay on sacred Bundjalung Country in northern NSW, Australia. Delamay began her teaching journey in 1996 as a dance teacher and performance artist and since 2005 she’s been actively teaching yoga and sharing embodied practices internationally. Delamay is a Prana Vinyasa affiliate yoga teacher trainer with Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School for Living Yoga. Having lived in Europe and Asia for most of her adult life she is known internationally for her retreats, workshops and trainings that are fuelled with pure inspiration!
