Welcome to Biodanza in Northern Rivers - a regular offering in Brunswick Heads and Corndale. Each week each person in the community gathered will bring their unique identity to the circle. Together we dance/move for ourselves to integrate all parts of ourselves and together we dance and move to integrate a humanity that is whole and connected, kind and loving, accepting and authentic. Each week a new "theme" will be introduced so every session has its own possibility of integration.
If you've never heard of Biodanza and are curious to know more then please feel free to explore the community website www.biodanza.com.au AND I will say that for me and many, it is best EXPERIENCED!!!
Briefly, however you will arrive into a warm, open and accepting space. You will have time to settle and sit in a circle to hear the invitation of the session based on the biocentric principles of Biodanza. And then we will dance ... no choreography steps, and nothing to follow or "get right" ... purely invitations to encourage you to express yourself in the way that you need.
Come with comfy clothes that you like to move in and no shoes are required (and barefoot recommended).
This is a place to connect, open, feel yourself, express yourself as you are in the moment and most importantly a place to simply BE.
You will be taken through a journey of movement that intends to nourish each person in the very best way possible.
I will be your facilitator. My name is Tracy-Kim and I have moved from the Gold Coast to the Byron Hinterland and look forward to connecting with this community and sharing this system of movement and holistic integration with this community. Please bring a friend.
First session is always free to try out this experience.
