Step into a sacred space of breath, presence, and ancient wisdom.This immersive journey is designed to deepen your pranayama practice and guide you further into the world of Prana. You are invited to experience rare transmissions of Himalayan Yog-Vedantic practices—teachings passed down for centuries through a living lineage near Rishikesh, Bharat.
The workshop will be guided by Stefan Aschan—heart-centered yogi, Integrative Movement Practitioner, author, and global teacher with over 30 years of experience. Trained in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic lineage (500+ hrs at Sattva), Feldenkrais, Visceral Manipulation, Integrative Movement Systems, and holistic nutrition, Stefan blends ancient teachings with modern nervous-system wisdom. Featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Glamour, ABC & CW11, he is known for guiding transformative journeys that awaken the five layers of the human system.
During this workshop, participants will learn powerful Prana Kriyas—breath-based yogic techniques that cultivate clarity, inner balance, and energetic harmony. Practiced daily for 21 days, these Kriyas become a personal Sadhana that nurtures inner growth, expansion, and a deeper connection to Self.
✨ What is Prana Kriya?
A Kriya is a yogic action that awakens and directs inner energy, teaching the body to hold, circulate, and stabilize to expand, transform and evolve. Prana Kriya is using breath, meaning prana to transcend. Through this, harmony is created across the physical, emotional, mental, and subtle layers of being.
We will explore the Yogic Blueprint—the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the 5 Layers of the Human System, and the purpose of Pranayama—before moving into a guided sequence of traditional Prana Kriyas including Alom Vilom, Nadi Shodhana, Prana Shakti, Cosmic Breath, Kumbhaka and others.
The journey flows into Shunya, a state of deep inner stillness, and concludes with Q&A and reflection to support ongoing Sadhana.
