At Faith Built Physique, our mission is to build an all-inclusive, uplifting space where everyone feels welcome. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or you’re already an athlete — this class is for you.
Being faith-based doesn’t mean you need to be a Christian to join us.
It simply means we create an environment where people encourage each other, grow together, and pursue a healthier, stronger life.

WHAT IS PRAISE & PUMP?
A high-energy fitness class with worship music to praise while we work, bringing strength, movement, and joy together.
Psalm 149:3 says: “Let them praise His name with dancing!”
Your workouts can be worship — honouring God with your body and thanking Him for the strength He’s given you.

WHY THIS CLASS EXISTS
When I was at my lowest, God used the gym and its community to straighten my path and lead me back to Him.
He met me in the place I tried to hide and gave me the strength to care for my health again.
My prayer is that Praise & Pump builds your fitness, lifts your spirit, and surrounds you with genuine encouragement.
