This session will help singers begin to understand how the principles and techniques of performance psychology can be implemented in your own practice, and in rehearsal sessions. Sport and business industries have been researching and using performance psychology for decades to help their sectors achieve progress under competitive pressure - at the London Singers' Collective we believe this should be the backbone of each singer's training, as mental preparation is just as important as vocal preparation.
