"ممارسات التعاطف" هي ورشة تبحث في مدى قدراتنا ومحدوديتها على التعاطف الراديكالي، عبر ممارسات الحركة التي تأتي من حركة حقيقية صادقة.
هذه الورشة دعوة لخلق فهم ودعم مشتركين عبر الفن والرقص، في رد فعل تجاه التحديات السياسية والاجتماعية التي نعيشها. وتهدف "ممارسات التعاطف" لخلق أدوات تفتح باب الحوار بين الأجيال وحول الانقسامات السياسية والأخلاقية، حيث الاستماع للقصص الشخصية وتصميم حركة ألعاب ورقصات لبناء إحساس الجماعة المتجاوز الاختلافات.
هذه الورشة تقدم ملامح حول بحث إليسا مينار المستمر وتساؤلاتها عن معني تصميم الحركة اليوم. ستشارك أليكا أدواتها في التصميم الحركي لتطوير تصميم حركي واكتشافه من خلال بعض الارتجالات. ستنظم الورشة عن طريق عمل فردي وجماعي، وسيفحص المشاركون العلاقة المركبة بين السرد والحركة، وكيفية خلق جسر بين عوالم الخيال والواقع داخل الجسد الراقص.
تسعى الورشة لخلق مساحة تشجع تركيز الذهن على القبول والشغف والمسؤولية الذاتية والاهتمام والاحترام والحدود الشخصية. الفعالية متاحة لمصممي الرقصات والدراماتورجيين والراقصين ومخرجي المسرح والمؤدين والفنانين وأي مبدعين مهتمين بالجسد والحركة والرقص.

Practices of Empathy researches capacities and limits of radical empathy through choreographic practices deriving from authentic movement. It is an invitation to create understanding and mutual support through art and dance, in response to contemporary political and social challenges. The workshop aims to create tools that allow for dialogue across generational, political, and moral divides by listening to personal stories, creating games and dance scores to build a sense of togetherness beyond differences.
This workshop offers an insight into Alica minar’s ongoing research and a questioning of what choreographing means today. Through the sharing of choreographic tools, the participants will develop scores and explore them in improvisations. Engaging in both individual and group work, we will investigate the complex relationship between narration and movement– bridging the realms of imagination and the tangible reality of the dancing body.
This workshop wishes to create a space for encouraging mindfulness of consent, curiosity, self-responsibility, care, and respect of personal boundaries. It is open to dance choreographers, dramaturgs, dancers, theatre directors, performers, artists or creatives with an interest in the body, movement and dance.
