August 16th: Come for the yoga, stay for the mocktails, food truck, and soul-filled connection—all to support YEAH! YOGA! We share the tools of healing and empowerment with New Orleans youth.
Donation based - pay what you can at the Block Party.
4:30PM - 5:45PM: All Levels Yoga Class - RSVP RECOMMENDED at www.wildlotusyoga.com/events
Join us for the yoga flow class led by Anne Compton Lambeth and sound bath by Ashley Beach! All levels from beginners to advanced welcome in this community class.
6PM: Block Party with Music, Food, and Mocktails: (come to one or both!) We're excited to announce that the incredible Mia Borders and Dusky Waters will be performing at the Block Party, after yoga class.
