Get ready for a fun, confidence‑building morning at the beach! Join us for a hands‑on practice triathlon designed for both kids and adults gearing up for the MS Kids Triathlon. This supportive session will help athletes of all ages feel comfortable with every part of race day—from the open‑water swim to smooth, stress‑free transitions.
Kids will enjoy a safe and guided swim practice with adults stationed in the water and one or two kayaks providing additional support. We’ll walk them step‑by‑step through what to bring, how transitions work, and what to expect on race day so they feel prepared and excited.
Adults can also take advantage of the morning with an optional longer open‑water swim—perfect for extra training or simply enjoying a great workout.
