🌞 Summer Solstice Practice of the Season Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 | 6:30–8:00pm
Honor the sun at its peak with 108 Sun Salutations, embracing warmth, strength, and gratitude as the season flourishes. We'll move through 9 sets of 12 Sun Salutation A's, each set dedicated to one of 9 intentions for the season ahead. Modifications and rest are always welcome!
This class is pay-what-you-can and every dollar goes directly to our Sponsor-a-Yogi program, keeping yoga accessible for everyone in our community. It will replace our regular Yoga Basics class at 6:30pm on the Wednesday closest to the turning of the season and will run a little longer than usual.
