⏰630PM-7:00PM: Intro To Country Swing & “Gruves”
⏰7:00PM-8:00PM: “Gruves” Not Moves (Practice)- workshop style all levels class (all levels if you take the proceeding class)
⏰8:00PM-8:30PM: Play- Dance games, drills, workshop style class (included in both class or social purchase)
⏰8:00PM-11:30PM: Social Dancing
✨We took our hit workshop, “Practice and Play” and structured it into a weekly event that is accessible to all levels (so long as new dancers make the first class).
✅ We will focus on gruving to the music instead of learning new moves as well as learning move variations over new moves. And new ways into and out of moves.

These workshops are going to focus less on new moves but on new body movements, move modifications, new ways into moves, new ways out of moves, as well as teaching the art of Practice and Play so you can take it home with you to continue evolving your dance on your own.
The concept here is: many dancers feel they need to memorize 25+ moves just to fill up the space of a basic dance. We want to take a different approach saying, “what if you only new 5 moves? But you knew 5 different ways to do the move, 5 different ways to get into the move, and 5 different ways to get out of the move? Then you would know 625 variations with less stress and less brain power than the original 25 move approach typically adopted by dancers”.
