Build on your foundational skills with this focused 6-week continuation of our Practical Series. Designed primarily for graduates of the original 24-week course (though open to motivated cooks with solid basics), Part II elevates your technique through higher-end, composed dishes. Each week you’ll prepare a complete, restaurant-style meal from start to finish—applying refined methods, precise seasoning, plating awareness, and timing under guidance. Expect to deepen your command of classic preparations, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and finishing touches while producing dishes suitable for entertaining or professional settings. Classes emphasize hands-on execution, professional standards, and the confidence to execute multi-component plates independently.
