About this Event
Running your own small business or a nonprofit is difficult enough without having to juggle the marketing that brings in new clients. And no matter how much word of mouth is working as a business model, marketing yourself eventually becomes something that is necessary to invest time and money into. In this class you'll be able to learn the basic ins and outs of the marketing industry, and how to create a low budget of money and time that is sustainable for you to manage for the time needed for you to turn a profit.
This class will go over Conversion and Journey focused marketing (Which is just a fancy way of saying marketing while prioritizing your goals and your audience's journey) with highlights in:
- Digital Advertising
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Web Design Options
- E-Commerce Platforms
- Branding
- Social Media
- Email
- Blogging
- Testimonials
- Physical Advertising
- CRMs (Customer Relationship Management)
- Networking
Just bring yourself, something to take notes in, and what idea/business/organization you want to market. We'll be doing a talk and then some exercises for how to market yourself!
