Buddhist teacher Jeff Eisenberg believes that more than something to believe in, Buddhism is something that we do. And that the only way to learn how to apply the teachings, is to apply the teachings. Meaning that the only way to develop the ability to realistically apply them, is to repeatedly do so under real life conditions. That to consistently do so, is not only the only way to develop a viable skill set, but that the direct experience of applying this skill set is the only way to turn our knowledge about Buddhism into the wisdom and insight needed to do the work to experience the freedom from suffering that Buddhism promises.
Both the newbie and the seasoned practitioner will find this workshop consisting of meditation, Dharma talk, q&a, and discussion extremely beneficial.
