Professional wrestling returns to Lethbridge's biggest celebration as Pure Power Wrestling: Hot Summer Night at Whoop-Up Days comes to the Agri-Food Hub & Trade Centre on Friday, August 22!
With doors opening at 4:30 p.m. and the first bell at 5:00 p.m., you'll have plenty of time to experience all the hard-hitting action of PPW before enjoying everything else Whoop-Up Days has to offer, including the CPKC Pro Rodeo and the evening's live musical entertainment.
But don't mistake the early start for a lighter show.
This is the last stop before Bridge City Brawl 5 and WAR GAMES on September 19, and every rivalry is about to reach its boiling point.
Fresh off one of the most shocking nights in PPW history, "The Cheetahbear" Jude Dawkins enters Hot Summer Night as the new PPW Champion. Just thirty minutes after winning a guaranteed championship opportunity at Summer Sizzler, Dawkins crashed Jumpin' Josh Kirby's championship celebration, cashed in his opportunity on the spot, and walked away with the richest prize in PPW. Now Kirby gets his chance at redemption as the two collide once again with the PPW Championship on the line.
