PowerPoint, Potluck & Pajamas Party
About this Event
You are invited to a relaxed night with your creative friends for Powerpoints, Potluck, and Pajamas! This Powerpoint Party is a casual night created to celebrate the AIGA NWA chapter and our creative community. Instead of a traditional lecture or panel, attendees are invited to give short, three-minute presentations about a lesson, idea, resource, story, or hot take of their choosing! Topics do not *have* to be art or design related, but we do ask that it is SFW (Safe For Work).
In this potluck, you can bring food or just your ideas. Your talk can be heartfelt, funny, practical, reflective, oddly specific, or beautifully chaotic. If you have an idea to share, please email [email protected] with your Powerpoint topic by June 19th and we’ll get you on the list!
We’ll also take time to share what comes next: where we see the Northwest Arkansas creative community going from here, and how designers, artists, students, and creative professionals can continue to stay connected beyond the chapter.
We’ll have pizza, popcorn, and plenty of cozy community energy as we gather to celebrate what this chapter has meant, what we’ve learned from each other, and the creative wisdom we want to pass along.
Pajamas are encouraged but not required. This event is free and open to everybody. AIGA members, non-members, students, professionals, and creative friends of all kinds. Please RSVP so we can plan for food and headcount.
