On Sunday afternoon at 2 pm, the Bay Theater gets converted back to a live performance venue to feature an amazing show called the Powerhouse Ladies. 3 female-fronted bands from all across the state come together to trade songs before performing together for a grand finale. 

Enjoy the comfortable movie-style seats and great concessions while listening to a live concert full of an amazing variety of music. 

The band Dirty Cello will present their high-energy exuberant rock and blues, Michelle Lambert will play pop-infused original songs featuring electric violin, and local favorite, Liv Waters will play authentic country. Tons of variety, tons of fun. 

Prior to the show, a stage will be erected at the front of the theater, lighting will be brought in, and great sound will be added to turn the Bay Theater into one of the best and definitely the most comfortable venues on the SLO Coast.

Dirty Cello - cello like you've never heard before! Combine the virtuosic wail of Jimi Hendrix, the soul of BB King, and the fire of Bill Monroe, and add a whole lot of cello, and you get the Dirty Cello band. With wild vocals, and world class cello playing, the group is led by vivacious cross-over cellist, Rebecca Roudman

Michelle Lambert brings a world of experience when she steps up to the microphone. This Pop/Folk singer/songwriter has toured out of Nashville, Los Angeles, Denver and Miami after graduating from Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship. Michelle’s latest single, Come to Me, has caught the attention of the press and reached number 1 on Indie Radio for 4 consecutive weeks! Hailing from Mendocino County, Lambert began studying violin at age 2, vocals at 5 and piano and drums soon after which helped develop her songwriting and musical foundation. She is influenced by her studies in Celtic music and female empowerment is a recurring theme in her music. She is a genre-defying 21st century talent with a lot on her mind.

Liv Waters is a country singer-songwriter based on California’s Central Coast. Her music is shaped by both her upbringing in upstate New York and the landscapes of the West, blending East Coast storytelling with coastal western imagery. With a voice that blends cinematic storytelling with a wry sense of humor, Liv writes songs that feel both deeply personal and universally human. Her work weaves lived experience, vivid imagery, and quiet observation into narratives that linger long after the music ends.
