Get ready to ride and run on the IRONMAN 70.3 Texas bike course. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the bike course, test out nutrition and pacing strategies, and train along with other athletes preparing for the race. This event is open to all who would like to attend and is not specific to just the Galveston 70.3. If you are training for a long ride or want to ride and run, then come on out. Please feel free to share it with anyone who may be interested.This year we are also raising money for Counseling Connections which is a local non-profit making a positive impact in our society. Bike ride will start at sun-up. Cyclists can roll out when ready. Please stay on the route in the event that you need SAG support. Please bring your own flat changing gear and safety equipment.
