Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Six-Week Series
About this Event
Caregiving is meaningful work, but it can also be emotionally and physically exhausting. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free, evidence-based six-week program designed to help caregivers reduce stress, build confidence, strengthen self-care habits, and connect with practical resources and support.
Throughout the series, participants will explore tools for:
- Managing caregiver stress
- Improving communication
- Navigating difficult emotions
- Setting healthy boundaries
- Making time for self-care
- Accessing helpful community resources
Whether you are caring for a spouse, parent, partner, friend, or another family member, this program offers practical guidance, encouragement, and connection with people who understand the caregiving experience.
