This six week class series gives you the confidence and support to better care for your loved one and yourself.
Held every Monday from 2:30-4:00pm at Onslow County Senior Services.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes help caregivers' friend or relative take better care of themselves while caring for a loved one.
Whether you provide care for a spouse, partner, parent, or a friend with special needs, this course is for you.
The classes give you tools to help:
-reduce stress
-improve self-confidence
-manage time, set goals, and solve problems
-better communicate your feelings
-make tough decisions
-locate helpful resources
This is an in person course, but is also available online thru Zoom for meeting at the same time and same dates.
