Parks and Recreation is excited to announce Evening POWER YOGA!Come prepared to sweat! This class is based on the Baptiste Journey Into Power Flow. Class pace is moderate to fast paced. Practice includes Sun Salutations to build strength and heat in the body, twists, balancing poses, igniting poses such as back bends, abdominal work, hip openers, and more...all leading up to the final deep rest pose - savasana.
All levels welcome.

What to Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat and/or towel
Instructor: Debra Brooks E-RYT 200/500, Specializing in Flow, Alignment-oriented, hot/heated yoga, gentle yoga, prenatal, chair yoga and other modalities. Previous Palm Power Yoga Studio owner.
*All attendees must also be part of the Babcock Parks and Rec program. The affordable yearly membership will also give you access to a wide variety of future classes and events*
