Get ready for one of Bay-Rama’s most exciting family traditions! Watch (and cheer on) the next generation of derby drivers as they take over the track in this high-energy, kid-powered event.

🏁 Event Schedule:
• Power Wheels Parade: 3:00 PM
• Derby Begins: 3:30 PM
👨👩👧 Participant Preparation Checklist
To participate in the Power Wheels Demolition Derby, parents and guardians must complete the following:
• Submit $10 paid entry (via Google Form) or onsite
• Submit a fully executed Minor Release & Waiver of Liability
• Drop off vehicle between 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the Derby Pit Gate (Corner of Main & Maria)
⚠️ No pit access during drop-off
• Listen for announcements to report trackside during the event
• Participate in the derby and enjoy the fun!
• Receive participation awards after the race
• Pick up your Power Wheels vehicle immediately following the event
🛠️ Rules & Guidelines
• Open to children ages 3–10
• Two divisions: Ages 3–5 and Ages 6–10
• Only standard electric Power Wheels-style vehicles allowed
• No ATV, quad, motorcycle-style, or wedge-body vehicles
• Vehicle must be stock—no structural modifications allowed
• All vehicles must be deemed safe by officials (final decision is binding)
• Helmets are required (bicycle helmets acceptable)
• Stock 6V or 12V battery only; must be securely mounted and enclosed away from child
• Doors and tailgates must be securely fastened (zip ties, duct tape allowed)
• Tires may be taped for safety
• Cosmetic customization is allowed, but reinforcement is not permitted
• Child must remain seated in a safe enclosed compartment at all times
• Parent or guardian must accompany all participants
🏆 Awards:
• All participants receive a participation prize
• Grand Prize: New Hot Wheels Jeep Power Wheels Vehicle
