Power Speaker Workshop Part 2

Your voice is one of your most powerful leadership tools — and like any skill, it strengthens with practice, feedback, and intention.

The Power Speaker Workshop continues with Session 2 led by Hall of Fame speaker and coach Kristen Brown — an interactive working session designed to help founders and leaders communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

This session builds on the foundation introduced in Workshop 1, moving from concepts into application. Through guided exercises, live coaching, and peer feedback, participants will continue developing the tools to speak with more authenticity, confidence, and presence in any setting.

Whether you're leading a team, pitching a vision, facilitating a forum, speaking on stage, or navigating difficult conversations, how you communicate shapes how people trust, follow, and remember you.

In this session, members will continue working on:

• Presence and delivery
• Storytelling and message structure
• Speaking confidently under pressure
• Connecting authentically with an audience
• Giving and receiving real-time feedback

Expect a supportive, high-engagement environment with opportunities to practice, refine, and grow alongside fellow EO and EOA members.

This workshop is part of EO Minnesota’s ongoing Power Speaker Program, culminating in the July Power Speaker Showcase & Member Expo for participants who choose to continue.
