EVENT & TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets purchase does not include entry passes into Singapore Comic Con 2026. You are required to purchase a separate event entry ticket directly from Singapore Comic Con.
2. We are participating as vendors for the event and are, in no way, affiliated with the organisers of Singapore Comic Con.
3. Each photo ticket or autograph ticket only entitles you to the respective session. 1 photo ticket will get you 1 photo op with the talent. 1 autograph ticket will get you 1 signed item from the talent. You may purchase additional tickets for more photo ops and autograph ops.
4. A maximum of 2 fans allowed for a group photo op. Each fan must have their own photo op ticket even in group photos. No tickets = no photo ops.
5. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Ticket is only valid on date of event stated in the ticket. We are not responsible if you missed the session. We will not exchange the ticket to another session.
7. Talent may change subject to their availability and potentially last minute schedule change and may be replaced with another available talent.
8. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets and we will not exchange for a new ticket.
9. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during the event. RETRO EXPERIENCE will not hesitate to remove those who act inappropriately towards the talent.
10. All decisions are final at the discretion of RETRO EXPERIENCE.
