Grace & Glow MD is hosting a women’s wellness and pickleball night at Dill Dinkers, and you’re invited to join us for an evening of movement, education, and connection.
This is not a tournament or a lecture. It’s a relaxed, welcoming night designed to bring women together in a fun, approachable setting where learning and laughter happen side by side.
What to Expect
A short, engaging women’s wellness talk led by Dr. Lee-Agawa, focusing on intimate health topics women are often told to “just live with” and the modern solutions available at Grace & Glow MD
A guided warm-up led by Restore Pelvic Therapy, timed perfectly before pickleball play
Pickleball play for all levels, whether you’re brand new or already hooked
15-minute chair massages offered throughout the night by Soul to Sole
Charcuterie boards and finger foods, compliments of InMode
Brief partner introductions so you can meet other women-owned and women-focused businesses
Open social time to connect, mingle, and make new friends
Raffle prizes throughout the evening
