Power Play was created to address children’s physical, mental, emotional, social interaction with parent(s) and peers during the first and second stages of human development. Children between the ages of Two - Ten years old are afforded an opportunity to play, learn, and socialize in a safe environment at no cost. SAC/Physical Mental Health committee is excited to announce a new collaboration with Saginaw County Department Health Human Services (DHHS). The Foster Care Division will be the recipient of this event.
The Learning element emphasizes the basic introduction to STEM through intentional play. Both the child and parent are teaching and learning while playing together. Mental and Physical Health care is introduced through basic meditation, nutrition, and physical care of the human body. The Power Play Community Resources Room is sponsored by TEAM One and Jolt Credit Union. Financial+ Credit Union will be on site with their MONEY Machine!
