Power Plant Comedy returns to Alice's Champagne Palace!!!

en Kober is originally from Lake Charles, LA, and has energetically bounded onto the national stage bringing crowds to their feet with her original blend of stand-up and storytelling. Her hard-hitting hour is phenomenally funny as Kober commands the stage and dares you not to laugh. Jen was the back-to-back Winner of NPR's Snap Judgement Comedic Performance of the Year Award for her Girl Scout Cookie Caper story which went viral upon its release, and the following year for her story titled Nana Vs. OJ which got nearly a million views!

Jen appeared on Netflix in 2019 as she joined the cast of two of its original shows. Including RuPaul's sitcom AJ & The Queen and Dead to Me. Jen had audiences rolling in the aisles on The Righteous Gemstones on HBO, played a no-nonsense detective in The Purge on USA Network, and was a wacky science teacher in Diary Of A Future President on Disney+

In 2021 Jen 's momentum continued with a recurring role on American Horror Story, a guest star on Showtime's Black Monday with Regina Hall and Don Cheadle, and a Season 2 regular on Apple TV's new queer sitcom, The Browns. Jen was also featured in Audible's Pride Special, Owning It. 2022 started off with a bang as Jen booked a hilarious guest starring role on the CBS sitcom How We Roll starring Pete Holmes and Katie Lowes, and a quick appearance with Jean Smart on the acclaimed HBO series Hacks. In 2023, she appeared as Sheriff Linda Lawless on the Disney Channel's hit series Bunk'd. You also saw her in a galaxy far far away as she joined the Star Wars universe on the epic series, The Mandalorian on Disney+.

In 2024, Kober went full steam ahead. She filmed a half hour comedy special in Vegas that was released by 800LB Gorilla Media in June of 2025. Kober sold out 2 solo shows at the Netflix is a Joke Festival that took over Los Angeles in May AND was seen as Mad Maxine on Sebastian Maniscalco's HBO Max show, BOOKIE.

Today, Jen is once again a featured comedian in the Cirque Du Soleil show MAD APPLE — now playing in Las Vegas. Jen's selling out shows all over the country with her new WHOLE LOTTA HEART TOUR 2026, and will soon be LIVE at a venue near you!
