🔥 Power Pilates🔥
A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, stability and control, Power Pilates blends the precision of Pilates with a more energising, strength-focused pace.
In this class, we work with a range of props — including light dumbbells, Pilates balls, rings, resistance bands and wheels — to challenge the body in new ways, adding resistance, support and deeper muscle activation beyond traditional bodyweight movement. Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know you had.
Rooted in the core Pilates principles of control, precision, breath, concentration and alignment, each movement is performed with intention — helping you develop deep core strength, improve posture and move more efficiently both on and off the mat.
While yoga often focuses on flow, flexibility and lengthening, Pilates offers a more targeted approach to strengthening the stabilising muscles, particularly through the core, hips and spine. The use of props allows us to both intensify and support movements — building strength, improving coordination and creating balanced, functional movement patterns.
This is a stronger, more workout-style class, but as always, we close with a grounding savasana, giving your body time to integrate, soften and restore.
Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress throughout.
