Join us for a 45-minute Power Pilates session designed to energise your lunch break. This dynamic class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled, precise movements. It’s a great way to recharge and return to your day feeling strong and refreshed.

- Please ensure you arrive at 55 Collins End Of Trip 10 mins before your session to meet your instructor and get checked in.
- Please arrive in activewear, prepared for the session.
- No equipment required.
Terms and Conditions. Limited spots available. Please ensure that if you cannot attend a session to cancel your ticket so someone else can take your spot.
