Come join us at The Park at Laguna Springs in Elk Grove for a moment to slow down, breathe, and pour back into yourself.

We’re going to talk about the mindset, the habits, and the accountability it actually takes to move toward your goals you have set. Together we will be setting intentions, and giving ourselves the time we don’t always take in our everyday lives.

This space will be to reflect, reset, and get clear on what you truly want.
