Power of Hope Equestrian Center’s 2nd Annual Wrangler Poker Run – Hosted by CVMA® MO 4-11
Join Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® MO 4-11 on Saturday, 01 August from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. for Power of Hope Equestrian Center’s 2nd annual, Wrangler Poker Run! Riders of all types can travel to six pre-determined checkpoints to build their poker hand. It is not a race; the winner is determined by the luck of the draw rather than speed. Winners for low/high hands!
Poker run starts and ends at the Power of Hope Equestrian Center, located at 3 Farm House Lane in Steelville, MO. Stops will include the Cuba Bakery & Deli, Cowtown USA, St. James Winery, Custard by C-Sue-SALEM!, 19/49 Junktion, and The Main Deck. All motorcycle types and riders welcome, $25 per motorcycle, $15 per passenger.
Proceeds from the Wrangler Poker Run will go towards the Service Wrangler Program at Power of Hope Equestrian Center. This is a FREE, 12-week hands-on horsemanship program designed for VETERANS, ACTIVE-DUTY MILITARY, and FIRST RESPONDERS to foster purpose, build confidence and develop community in a supportive environment. Participants learn horseback riding and groundwork skills, experience therapeutic benefits from horses and form strong bonds with peers and the herd – promoting healing and growth.
