New Class! Gratitude is more powerful than most of us were taught. It is the foundation of everything good in our lives. We all hear "be grateful for what you have" but what does that really mean? Through activities, discussion, and meditation you will gain a deeper understanding of gratitude and how it leads to more joy. You will leave with simple yet incredibly powerful tips and techniques to change your attitude and life! Elana is the author of “365 Morning Messages from the Angels” and “My Gift: A Book About Child Who Sees Spirit” and the oracle cards “Messages from the Angels.” Book and card signing will be available at the end of class.
