This special event is a collaboration between Lucy of Wave Wellness and Hamish of Your Vital Life Yoga. Hamish Kenworthy is the NZ Yoga Teacher of the Year 2025.It takes place on Friday, 8 May, the Friday leading into Mother’s Day weekend here in NZ.
