Real change doesn't wait for permission, it starts on the streets, in back gardens gardens and in the spaces we share with neighbours. We are stronger when we act together, not alone.

This panel brings together people already doing the work, such as building community-led housing, setting up community growing spaces and running neighbourhood energy cooperatives. Sustainability runs through all of it but so does the important work of pooling skills, sharing resources and building the determination to shape the places where they live and work.

Whether you're involved in your own project or simply curious about how communities are organising themselves, this is a practical, grounded conversation about what collective action actually looks like and how you can be part of it.
