Fatin (she/her) is a passionate Kinesiologist and functional trainer whose journey in health and fitness is deeply intertwined with her personal experiences navigating autoimmune disease (hypothyroidism) and scoliosis. These challenges have shaped her approach to wellness, emphasizing precise methodologies that transcend conventional fitness paradigms. With extensive industry experience, Fatin's personal struggles highlighted the limitations of traditional methods, leading her to advocate for a broader perspective on pain and performance. Her exploration of alternative approaches to chronic pain introduced her to Functional Patterns, a methodology grounded in biomechanics and fundamental human movement patterns. Beyond coaching, Fatin fosters a collaborative community, empowering clients to take control of their well-being and develop the skills to solve their own problems independently.
