What to Expect at Power Hour

Power Hour is a space for connection, learning, and community—hosted in collaboration with United Way of the Greater Triangle (UWGT) and Duke Energy. Each session features a guest speaker who will share insights on topics relevant to nonprofit leadership and impact.

Our upcoming session will focus on Leadership & Team Development, offering strategies to build strong, inclusive teams, grow leadership capacity, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.

• 30 minutes – Build community, enjoy a meal, and connect with peers
• 40 minutes – Focused learning from leadership and team-building experts
• 20 minutes – Q&A and shared learning among participants
