About Our Hosts:

Wendy Ianieri-Salerno is co-founder and co-owner of Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo in Warrington, Bucks County, PA. The store is celebrating its 12th year in business and offers wedding dresses, suits, and tuxedos, mother-of-the-bride/Groom gowns, and prom dresses. The store is named for her two daughters, Daria and Deanna.

She and her husband, Franco Salerno, are the company's visionaries. However, Wendy’s focus is on customer experience, sales and marketing, and content creation. Fiercely committed to her business and staff, she works to improve these important pieces daily.

Wendy was awarded the 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and is a past Chair of the LBCCC's Women in Business committee. Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo was recently named one of America’s 2024 Top 100 Small Businesses by the US Chamber of Commerce.
