Power Circle- learn skills for empowerment in changing times

Each month, we explore a new skill to help you build power in our changing world. I, Suni, am joined by Kim Anderson, local fiber artist and shamanic healer. Both of us have many years of training and experience and hope to share skills with you in a meaningful, yet simple and useful way.
At each gathering, you will learn some basic skills and then get in practice time, so that you can effectively use what you've learned in your life. Before we close, often we'll include an activity based around the skill learned so you can go home with something physical to carry the energy of the day home with you. As a group, we hope to help you build some new skills so you might connect to and utilize the wisdom and power that you already have within. No experience is needed.
