The Power Awakening workshop is a transformative experience inspired by the Maori HAKA.
The Power Awakening workshop was created to be an immersive experience that would challenge participants to think differently about their lives and to find the courage to make meaningful changes. Participating in these workshops and learning it is designed to empower as many men and women as possible, and to create a group of physically and mentally strong individuals. ✊🔥
Participating in the workshops will allow participants to experience real transformation, gain strength, and be more self-confident, more free, and more open to all aspects of their experience, so they can make intelligent choices regarding their behavior. This will lead to a profound sense of liberation, enabling them to think more clearly and to make better decisions, ultimately propelling them towards greater success in life.🙌
We started the workshops in September (2023) since it was autumn and time to start working on ourselves.
Following the HAKA inspired warrior dance session and mindfulness teachings, there is the possibility of a spiritual transition into the vertical dimension.🧘‍♂️
This workshop is a Reconnecting to Ancient Power workshop which can enhance your energy and mood, followed by a group discussion (Power Circling). By expressing yourself, sharing your feelings, and addressing topics honestly, you will be able to embody your true self, which may not be possible in everyday life (at work, at home, or in relationships).🎭
You'll "peel your own onion" which means that you'll express deeper layers of feelings as you become aware of them. The practitioners will support you during this process, making it extremely powerful.🚀
As a person learns to light a fire, here we learn how to awaken energy/fire within ourselves that warms everyone (love, care, act, listen, help, support). By nurturing this inner fire, we can discover our true potential and achieve a balance between our inner and outer worlds.
In addition to releasing pressure, the Power Awakening groups will help us find our way to happiness.

In order to be protected from the storms of life, we must devote time to the inner work.
Duration: 6 hours (12:30 -18:30)
Please arrive on time, as the gates close at 12:30.

2.Student (active status): 400 NOK
3.One-time drop-in: 550 NOK

Payment
Bank transfer, Vipps, PayPal - the details will be provided in our reply when you book the tickets. During the booking process, a booking fee is required to be paid (200 NOK).
Highlighted terms and conditions:
1. You can transfer tickets to other people by providing the full name of the person via email in advance and indicating who's ticket is being transferred.
2. You are advised not to use mobile phones during the workshop, and you should stay offline during this time.
3. Refunds
- If the participant is unable to attend or does not attend, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- If the workshop organizer cancels the event, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the participant or the participant may choose to use the ticket on future events organized by the company.
- In order to maintain the schedule, joining after 12:35 will not be possible, and a refund will not be granted. If you are nearby, we will wait max 10 minutes.
4. The event guide will be sent to you after you have booked your spots.
5. The use of the facility and all its equipment is at your own risk.
6. You are responsible for compensating the facility's owner for damages caused by your actions.
7. Photographs may be taken and published with the consent of the group/individuals.
8. Be respectful of each other's views and be mindful of your behavior.
9. Those who act in a destructive manner may be removed from the group.
10. The confidentiality agreement applies to the entire workshop. This means that all attendees must agree to keep any information shared during the workshop confidential.
11. It is voluntary to participate in the workshop, you do not have to do anything you do not wish to do. Each individual has the option of doing or not doing the exercises.
