The Powder Springs Seafood Festival is three days of Seafood, Artisan and Market Vendors, plus plenty of fun for the whole family and live entertainment throughout the weekend! Vendors and festivities will be centered around Thurman Springs Park at 4485 Pineview Drive in the heart of Powder Springs’ downtown and will expand to include an additional stage welcoming local talent and musicians on Broad Street. There will be paid and free parking in lots around the downtown area as well as shuttle service available.
While the emphasis is enjoying fresh seafood, other cuisines will be available as well. The list of seafood and landlubbers food vendors will offer a variety of cuisine to satisfy diverse palates!
No coolers are allowed.
* Road Closures and Parking Information*
The roads surrounding Thurman Springs Park will close early Friday morning.
Marietta Street and downtown area will close at noon Friday, May 15.
* Parking options for the Powder Springs Seafood Festival *
* Free Shuttle Service: Park your vehicle at the Park & Ride, 5100 Powder Springs Dallas Road, and catch a shuttle to the downtown festivities! Shuttles available starting at the opening of festival each day and run 45 minutes after closing.
* Paid Premier Parking: Cornerstone Parking will offer paid parking at premier downtown locations. Look for Cornerstone Paid Parking Signs to access lots. Cash or credit will be accepted.
* Free Public Parking: Parking areas surrounding the downtown area at Powder Springs Park, First Baptist Church, and the United Methodist Church. The Church Lots will be available after church services on Sunday, May 17.
* Handicap Parking for those with a placard or tag will be available at Jackson Way and Oakview Drive.
